Dr. Allan graduated from medical school at the University of Tennessee School of Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee in 2000. He completed his residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis and served fellowships at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. His major specialty is Cardiac Electrophysiology.
